Privacy notice

How we use your information

Draft. This notice describes how the website works today. Have it checked against current ICO guidance, and add your business name, address and registration details, before the site goes live.

Who we are

Remove All Stress (removallstress.com) gives free moving advice and instant quotes, and arranges and manages moves and clearances carried out by checked drivers and crews from our network. [Add your legal business name, address and contact email.]

What stays on your device

Everything you enter in the calculator (your items, measurements, postcodes, access details and distance) stays in your own browser for this visit only. It is cleared when you close the page or press "Start a new quote", and it is not sent to us.

What we collect, and why

Sharing with drivers

We only share your name, contact details and job details with the driver or crew assigned to your move or clearance, and only if you book and tick the box agreeing to it.

Marketing emails

We only send moving tips and offers if you tick the separate, unticked box on the form. We send your quote whether you tick it or not. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we stop straight away if you opt out. We keep a record of when and how you agreed.

Where we keep it

Each quote and booking is kept in our Microsoft 365 account: as a record in our quotes and bookings list, and as an email in our business mailbox. Only the people who run Remove All Stress can see them. We use it to send your quote, arrange and manage your move, and keep a record of what you agreed to.

How long we keep it

We keep quote and booking details for 12 months after your move or clearance date (or 12 months after we send your quote, if you do not book), then delete them from our list and mailbox. Payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by contacting us at help@removallstress.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
